Philips Design’s innovative sustainable, healthy cooking stove Chulha, has been awarded a prestigious INDEX:Award. This bi-annual award supports the INDEX mission to generate more design to improve life of higher quality all over the world.
The Philips Kitten Scanner, supporting children during a CAT examination, and Philips Design’s Breath Counter, a pneumonia detection device, each received a Bronze Industrial Design Excellence Award.
Philips Design will receive 3 iF communication design awards 2009. These awards validate Philips Design’s growing excellence in designing appealing online consumer experiences.
Red dot have awarded two Philips products with the coveted ‘best of the best’ product design award 2009, as well as a further six products receiving a distinction for high design quality.
