The ‘rock and roll’ packaging was designed for an innovative iphone/ipod speaker dock. Demonstrating how the product works in a playful way without having to take it out of the pack, the packaging is hands-on: you do not have to read it (or unpack it) to experience the product. It communicates the unique rolling feature, the portability of the ipod dock, and the enjoyment of music in a really simple way. The packaging design communicates the product’s portability and sound performance on an emotional level rather than technically.
